My wife and I are very happy to endorse all of the great work performed recently by the talented team at Phoenix Home Theater. We had a complete state of the art surround sound system installed last November/December. We are both huge movie lovers and, frankly, with the exception of Avatar, have lost a lot of incentive to go the movies when we have a system that rivals any theater we have seen. In addition, the follow up service has been second to none. The few minor tweaks that were needed were typically followed up the same day that I called the office manager. The folks at Phoenix Home Theater offer a top of the line product at very competitive prices and follow up with first class service. Thanks to all of them for countless hours of home video enjoyment.

Phoenix Home Theater lives up to its reputation for being the "best in the Valley". Bob Koopman and his team did a great job in making sure our home theater system was installed professionally and within our budget. Our family and friends enjoy entertainment and love the idea of coming home to watch a great movie or sports event…on our schedule. No more wrestling with theater crowds on the weekends! In addition to the quality of the system itself, the construction of the room is stunning! Every feature – millwork, carpet, seating and lighting is state of the art – we love it! A huge thanks to Bob Koopman and the great team at Phoenix Home Theater! After carefully listening to my wishes, they coordinated and updated all my state of the art components as well as helping design a beautiful cherry wood entertainment wall unit that conceals all my equipment. The remote which controls everything including the recessed lighting is the greatest. I am so impressed with the standard of care they have taken with this creation. Phoenix Home Theatre has transformed our seating area into a larger, more modern and dynamic space, which we thoroughly enjoy!

We have worked with R.A.D. on two different occasions and found them to be the most complete full service provider to bring forth our audio-visual and electronic vision for our homes. It has been a very positive and rewarding customer experience.
The first time we worked with R.A.D. was when we moved from Las Vegas to Fountain Hills. R.A.D. had done the low voltage pre-wiring in our home through the new home builder so we gave them a call to set up and bring to life the home theater we always dreamed.
Rob did a wonderful job and delivered an outstanding design and audio-visual system. This was ultimately the key feature that really helped us sell the home.
Being a full service provider they were also able to design and deliver us a complete alarm system and an interior & exterior surround sound system. We were very happy with their work and commitment to getting the job done.
As we began the journey of building our 7,000 sq ft. dream home in Fountain Hills we never wavered in our minds who we would be calling on to bring it to life. Rob had always shown us that he was at the forefront of the technological advances that were happening in the audio-visual world.
Rob and his designers spent countless hours bringing our vision of what we dreamed to be a state-of- the-art home electronic systems.
The scope of the project included a theater, interior/exterior surround sound, home alarm, intelligent key pads through the house, and an electronic system that controlled all TV's and DVD's through 8 rooms in the house via Ethernet. It was simply stunning!
His staff was always such a pleasure to be around and extremely patient with us when it came time to teach us how to work our new entertainment system and put all the wonderful features into everyday use.
We just can't say enough good things about our experiences with R.A.D.
No matter the challenges in the project they have always been a partner willing to do anything necessary to ensure we were happy.
