ACQUIRES RAD HOME INTEGRATION

(Scottsdale, AZ) – RAD Home Integration recently announced it has signed an agreement to become a member of the Insight Home Solutions Group, a deal that has completed Insight’s expansion into the U.S. market.
With an office on Vancouver Island, BC and in Calgary, AB, Insight looked to expand into the U.S. with an emphasis on homeowners with multiple residences. “The idea is tobe able to provide clients with the best service possible no matter where they live,” said Insight Director Michael McDonald. “We looked at where Canadians own second homes. Many of them are in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. It was only logical to open up there.”
Rob Czech, owner of RAD, added, “I’m very excited to be a part of the Insight Home Solutions Group. Their companies have a long track record for doing quality work, and sharing knowledge and ways of doing things will only make us stronger.”
The acquisition will allow the companies to expand their product base as well be more competitive with their pricing. “This is especially advantageous to the client because they will be able to have the right system designed to fit not only their needs, but their budget as well,” said Keith Johnson, CEO of Insight.
RAD will continue to do business under the same name until the restructuring process is complete. Restructuring for all companies is targeted for the end of this year at which time all members will do business as Insight Home Solutions.
