Our Management team consits of our Chairman and CEO, Michael McDonald along with the three very experienced owner/operators of the above companies: Keith Johnson, who runs our British Columbia Operation and serves as the company's Chief Technical Officer, Ron Patrick who runs our Alberta Operation and serves as our Chief Operating Officer and Rob Czech who runs our Arizona Operation with Adam McDonald serving as the groups Corporate Development Officer.

All of our staff is skilled and passionate. Our sales/design team, engineers, and technicians, most of whom also had their roots in the three companies listed above, are dedicated and focused on providing high-quality and affordable services and solutions. Through the unification of the above companies we have already achieved many of our goals. Efficiency and functionality are resulting from the adoption of Best Practices through-out the Group and the sharing of knowledge and experience have resulted in less wasted effort and greater benefit to our clients. We are also centralizing the accounts-payable function to lower costs and improve service to our clients and suppliers. Our increasing size has allowed us to lower product costs through volume discounts which are beginning to provide us Brand Recognition.
